Near the Edge of the Lake

With this I toyed with increasing the contrasts and tonality to make the most of the ripples in the water and the almost painterly look the foliage could provided. I didn't want to overdo it however, as I feared that the beautiful water lilies would become lost within everything - they too are a key feature of this beautiful picture.
